Slots with rounded ends represent the standard version. They are also available in staggered rows (Lv) or straight rows (Lg). Whenever slots are specified it is important to indicate the edge of the sheet with which the long axis of the slots is to be parallel. Slot perforations are used in sieve plates and where the visual impression is important.
